Mr. Sean Caulfield is a seasoned industry leader with expertise in information technology, logistics, risk, and security solutions.

Mr. Caulfield was a senior executive for McLane Advanced Technology, ARES, Lockheed Martin, DHL, and UPS. During his career, he has been awarded over $2 billion in government contracts with the Air Force, Navy, Army, DLA, USTRANSCOM, SDDC, AMC, GSA, and DHS. He also has extensive commercial contracting experience, having won multimillion-dollar contracts with MasterCard, Enterprise Leasing, Anheuser-Busch, and Graybar Electric.

Mr. Caulfield participates on several boards, including the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA). He has also served as President of both of the association’s largest chapters.

Mr. Caulfield graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in communication. He also earned a master’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in management. A published author, Mr. Caulfield, lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Susan, and their two children.

A seasoned executive, Mr. Belcastro has previously worked for organizations such as MI Jack, BlueBird, Manitowoc Crane Group, and Link-Belt. With over 40 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing implementations, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, business turnaround, mergers and acquisitions, optimization, and ERP implementation, he advises multiple small businesses on production optimization, quality assurance, and automation.

Mr. Belcastro earned his BS in Industrial Technology from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky; his MBA from the same institution; and credentials in Supply Chain Strategy and Management from the MIT Sloan School Executive Series, along with Lean Manufacturing at Toyota Production Systems. He also holds the APICS certification.

Mr. Abinash Parida is a seasoned leader with expertise in business transformation, information technology, and enterprise asset management solutions.

Mr. Parida has over 22 years of experience managing projects in the USA and internationally across the energy (oil and gas), utilities, and supply chain domains. He has been involved in such projects from inception to successful completion and has led teams in turning around multiple companies by optimizing capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx).

He began his career at Fujitsu Consulting and later joined Booz Allen Hamilton in a project strategy and business development role. His past clients include GM, GE, AK Steel, Chevron, ADNOC, and many Fortune 500 companies.

In his current role, Mr. Parida oversees strategy and product architecture. Mr. Parida holds a B.S. from India and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, USA.
